Description:

Hiring Finance Officer

Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
• Preparing balance sheets and processing invoices
• Preparing accurate VAT and Corporate tax computations and ensuring timely submission of tax returns and processing VAT refunds for the organization
• Financial projection and forecasting
• Organizing and maintaining proper records of all transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, etc., ensuring they are easily accessible for audits or inquiries
• Providing customer service to clients
• Resolving financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
• Serving as a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts & Finance/VAT filing/Financial Controller/Cost Controller/Budgeting
• Working knowledge of SAP & Accounting software
