Hiring Finance Manager (Hypermarkets/ Supermarket Experience)
Job Location: KSA
Job Purpose: To oversee the accounting operations across the division and provide effective oversight and assurance to the management about financial controls, compliance management, risk management, and financial reporting.
Major Tasks and Job responsibilities include the following
- Monthly finalization and reporting the financials to Top Management.
- Assist in Budget consolidation, preparation and finalization with Line managers
- Audit coordination and finalizing the schedule and discussing with the Auditors
- Statutory obligations to finalize monthly Accounting Pack including Balance Sheet & PL
- Stock management and Related party Recons
- Looking after AP functions and team including AP recons supervision
- Dealing with Suppliers as and when required
- Insurance Policies Review
- Daily Treasury and Cash flow management
- Group company coordination
- Working capital management
- Cost reduction and AP related issues
- Guiding the team and ensure IFRS & GAAP are applied
- ERP Solutions-Implementation, Integration, upgrade
- Team coordination and management experience
- Any other Adhoc task assigned by Line Manager
- Education: MBA / ICMA/ CA/ ACCA.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years’ experience in Retail Sector preferably in Hypermarket and Supermarket Business in GCC.
