Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic ally to the Regional Controller, facilitating budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Partner with Operations leadership to synchronize client budgets and develop actionable financial strategies.
• Supervise monthly closing activities, ensuring precision and ongoing enhancements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of Profit and Loss Statements, delivering valuable insights to operational teams.
• Evaluate financial outcomes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose corrective measures.
• Spearhead efforts to improve account profitability through financial mentorship and support for operations teams.
• Elevate business cash flow by managing accounts receivable and advising on inventory management practices.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, collaborating effectively with internal audit teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with teams on evaluations of new business opportunities and re-bid proformas to ensure attainable financial objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proven capacity to collaborate with and inspire teams across various departments.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a broad strategic perspective.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools.
