Hiring Finance Manager for Real Estate Investments Company based in Abu Dhabi, #UAE

Responsibilities:

• Structure the group finance function and department according to the scale of the company to provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation to support top management.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions, delivering multiple projects to agreed deadlines.
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting monthly reporting methodology as per IFRS & IAS guidelines.
• Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes along with the General Management (rolling forecasts, 3 years, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
• Ensure marketing and operations reporting, costing, and are in alignment with product portfolio changes regarding new product development.
• Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Support the business in product cost estimates and financial impact of any new products in the phase of launch or pre-launch.
• Monitor large CAPEX planning and feasibility.
• Prepare & Analyze financial data with a deep understanding of the business operations, support the business in pricing, and product costing.
• Experience in treasury, working capital optimization.
• Assist and support in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• (CPA / ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage.       
• 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years within Real Estate or investment companies is a MUST (please don’t apply if this role doesn’t apply)
• Proven work experience in IFRS, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Tax, cash flow management, and Fundraising.
• Good experience with Admin, HR, Legal practices, and other applicable laws
• Excellent knowledge of ERP applications, and Expert in Microsoft Excel
• High analytical skills
• Fluent in English (written/spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills and Time Management
