Hiring Finance Manager

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

Assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analyzing and presenting key financial data.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations.
  • Compile and assess financial data for internal use.
  • Develop financial reports tailored to management needs.
  • Monitor and forecast financial performance, including income and expenditure.
  • Generate and dispatch client invoices.
  • Handle receivables and ensure timely collection.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Verify and approve employee expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Plan financial strategies for both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Regularly report the company’s financial status to senior management.
  • Supervise accounting procedures and mentor junior finance staff.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns globally, ensuring compliance with all tax laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to improve departmental performance.
  • Execute additional duties as directed by senior management.

 Qualifications And Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in related fields is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial accounting or financial supervision role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in cost accounting and financial reporting.
  • Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of analytical and numerical proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
