As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial planning.
About the Role:
The Finance Manager in our Dubai Office will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting, tax compliance, and financial strategy for Quill Dubai/ Abu Dhabi/ KSA/ Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee Quill Dubai’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and present financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with auditing and regulatory standards.
Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management:
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Oversee ZATCA and cross-border (GCC) financial compliance where applicable.
Financial Planning & Strategy:
- Analyze financial data to provide insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and risk management strategies.
- Support business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, including due diligence and financial structuring.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring efficiency and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT compliance, and corporate tax laws.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
