Hiring Finance Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Strive Services Group. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial statements, creating financial reports, forecasting budgets, and managing the Finance Team. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other teams to develop financial strategies and support business objectives.

The Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. He may also be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as compliance with government regulations.

• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances
• Reviewing the company’s financial statements to ensure they are accurate
• Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
• Forecasting future financial performance
• Preparing and analyzing budgets
• Providing accurate financial reports to management
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
• Developing plans for financial growth.
• Evaluating and managing risk.
• Coordinating audit processes.
• Maintain all the necessary reporting to the banks and backup system reports
• Maintain the company bank balance and remain cognizant of outstanding checks
• Make sure all financial statements and tables are correct and precise
• Make sure that the owner of the company receives the company bank statement unopened
• Reconcile all bank statements and monthly financial reports
• Recommending changes to improve financial performance
• Utilizing updated technologies for their job
• Preparing P&L for each store
• Preparing the budget for each outlet / store
• Reconciling and supervising all cash transaction

Financial Controller Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in finance management.
• Preferred Hospitality and FM background
• Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Preferred (CMA)
