Their primary role is to ensure that real estate investments are financially sound and aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Qualifications

• Experience leading financial forecasting and budgeting efforts
• Knowledge of UAE accounting laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a finance-related field (real estate industry preferred)
• Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus
