Description:

Finance Manager required

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and administers approved accounting practices to ensure that records/reports accurately reflect reliable information to control operations and ensure the timely preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting.
• Proven work experience in IFRS, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Tax, cashflow management, and Fundraising.
• Good experience with Admin, HR, Legal practices, and other applicable laws
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations including FTA, MOL, and ADGM.
• Formulating the budgets and forecasts and conducting periodic variance analysis of actual results against the budget.
• Maintaining the relationship with different parties including banks, audit firms, and authorities.
• Assisting in tax planning and preparing financial reports to support corporate tax compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field 5 – 7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and – ERP applications experience.
