About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager & Credit Controller to join our trading business in Dubai. Our current Finance Manager is relocating, and we are seeking a competent professional to ensure a smooth handover and continued financial stability. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, credit control, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Supervise cash flow management and banking relationships
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with UAE regulations
- Lead credit control functions, including customer credit assessments and collections
- Ensure compliance with VAT, audit, and statutory requirements
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE
- Solid background in finance management and credit control
- Familiarity with UAE tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
