Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and e-commerce accounting, specifically reconciling payments from various ecommerce marketplaces and IT applications and network.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, meticulous and proficiency in Microsoft software
- Must be familiar with implementation and management of ERP and future digitalization projects.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as ERP, tally etc.
- Must have working knowledge of windows operation, internet and computer systems and network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and management accounting of the group and its subsidiaries which includes but not limited to strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, timely preparation and submission of management & statutory accounts, year-end audits, corporate & tax compliance, risk management & internal controls.
- Prepare and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory accounts
- Prepare and review expenses, payroll and invoice documents in accounting system
- Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all e-commerce transactions, including sales, expenses, refunds, and inventory management.
- Monitor and reconcile e-commerce inventory, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and proper valuation.
- Collaborate with Technology Services, providing financial technology input.
- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements
- Manage smooth operations of IT applications and computer systems for business units
