Job Vacancy – Finance Associate (Russian speaking)

Overview:

 We are in search of a highly skilled Finance Associate with expertise in servicing family offices and investment funds. Demonstrated experience in this domain will be regarded as a significant asset. The position is primarily office-based, although a hybrid working arrangement may be considered.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Established experience in the preparation of investor reports and portfolio management.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting large data sets and financial metrics.
• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and impeccable communication skills.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive accounting services, encompassing the preparation of both stand-alone and consolidated financial statements for all entities as per corporate requirements.
• Oversee and facilitate the audit processes for entities designated by the firm.
• Ensure meticulous management of VAT, CIT, and other regulatory financial obligations for designated entities.
• Prepare and disseminate management accounts, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Execute treasury management functions for assigned accounts.
• Administer payments, including payroll processing and supplier disbursements.
• Compile and present investor reports, providing detailed analysis of investment performance.
