About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This role will provide crucial support in day-to-day finance operations, compliance, and inter-company coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth processes and timely completion of tasks, working collaboratively with the finance team and across our Group companies. You will receive the necessary guidance and training to be successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank Coordination & Compliance:

  • Assist the finance team with coordinating bank related activities, including account openings and closings, KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and other compliance requirements.
  • Work with various banks, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records of all bank-related activities.
  • Receive guidance and support from the finance team as needed.

Audit Support:

  • Support the finance team in compiling and preparing files for internal, external, and governmental audits.
  • Ensure all documents are organized, complete, and readily accessible for audit purposes.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing supporting documentation as requested by auditors

Inter-Company Coordination:

  • Send emails, reminders, and follow-up communications for key tasks and deliverables across the Group companies
  • Proactively track progress and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and build positive relationships with personnel across the Group
