Hiring Finance & Accounts Assistance Required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be able to join within 1 month.
  • Qualifications: CA/Inter-CA/B.Com/Commerce Background.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office is a must.
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Candidates with one to two years of experience can apply.

Job Profile:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and process all transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Bank Liaison: Execute banking details and handle trade facilities with banks. Maintain good communication with bankers.
  • Software Proficiency: Use financial software and systems, particularly Tally and MS Office, for financial management and reporting.
