We are Hiing for the role of Finance & Accounting Manager

Here’s A Snapshot of What Your Responsibilities Would Include:

• Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial reports and statements, preferably exposure in E-commerce/ Retail Industry.
• Research, assess, analyses and document financial reporting and operational requirements following IFRS standards.
• Assist in identifying, developing, testing, and implementing IFRS accounting operational and reporting solutions to meet financial and regulatory reporting requirements, map financial reporting processes, and modify control procedures, as required.
• Must have experience with financial close activities of an organization for monthly/ quarterly/ annual close periods.
• Analyze the current state of the Finance function, perform fit-gap analysis, make recommendations for future state, and design ‘To Be’ processes.
• Excellent knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems, chart of account, and functional know-how of NetSuite ERP system.
• Oversee full cycle implementation of NetSuite (One World) ERP
• Understand current processes and lead mapping of new ‘To Be’ processes
• Gather key functional requirements and disseminate the same with technical counterparts, working alongside technical developers
• Help automate the various manual tasks for Finance staff by leveraging NetSuite functionality
• Identify requirements that cannot be met with standard NetSuite functionality & provide pragmatic and workable solutions
• Provide training to Finance staff where required to utilize various system functions.

You’re Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ ACA) or MBA (Finance) or Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting
• 4+ years of work experience in ecommerce/ Retail Industry
• Experience working on Business Finance Transformation programs
• Project co-ordination skills
• IFRS implementation/ IFRS reporting experience
• Prior experience in implementing NetSuite Finance modules or similar ERP systems
