Field Supervisor Required in UAE

They are working in exclusive partnership with a global luxury beauty brand who are looking to hire a Field Supervisor to look after a large number of Points of Sales across the UAE.

This is a 360 ° role and it is expected that the successful candidate will work with a high level of autonomy.

KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:

• Sales development and Business performance management
• Recruitment, Training and Management of Beauty Consultants and wider in-store teams
• Merchandising, Visual merchandising and Marketing
• Forecasting, Reporting and Market Analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the market
• Background in Luxury beauty sector
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• High level of Autonomy
• Results and Retail oriented
• Capability to come up with initiative and take action
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with figures and targets
• Flexibility to travel across the UAE
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus
• UAE drivers license and a car
