Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing clients for our PRO services (Public Relations Officer services) and visa services. This is a target-based, commission-only position, offering high earning potential for successful individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify potential clients, companies, and organizations in Dubai needing PRO services and visa-related assistance.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to explain the benefits of our PRO services and visa packages.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in Dubai related to PRO services and visa processing.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission-based earnings.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in PRO services, visas, or related industries.
- Target-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain complex services clearly.
- Networking Skills: Strong network in Dubai’s business community is a plus.
- Valid UAE Driving License: Required for field visits to potential clients.
