Education and experience
At least 4-5 + years of experience in the industry fashion/apparel industry.
Retail/wholesale background in fashion and/or consumer goods.
Bilingual, Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty.
Skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of style.
- An awareness of cultural differences, especially with international customers.
- Imagination and creativity for styling
- The ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Outlook.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Process orders on behalf of customers either through WhatsApp, Instagram, telephone calls, or email, which involves discussing what the client is looking for as well as any specific features they need the items to have.
- Present clients with the most detailed product information they can, to ensure customers are satisfied with their items.
- Build and grow client base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and communicating proactively with existing and potential customers.
- Process client financial adjustments as necessary.
- Help client correspondence and scheduling appointment.
- Ensure to follow through on client commitments on time.
- Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
- Meeting individual and team sales targets.
- Work one on one with clients
- Be recognized as a trend and style expert and demonstrate ‘Know Your Stuff’
- When involved in a difficult situation with a client, seek support from the management team.
- Manage your time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of clients first to deliver an elevated service experience.
- Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward.
- Keep up to date with what’s happening in the Brand and the latest trends and product.
- Cross and up sell at every opportunity, ensuring that personal sales targets are exceeded and supporting sell through of slower selling styles.
- Manage waiting lists for forthcoming arrivals and sold out items.
- Communicate customer demand to buying teams, staying up to date on best and slow selling products.
- Spot opportunities to improve how the department operates.
- Effectively follow all client transactions to minimize cash and product losses.
- Take ownership for all customer cases, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues with support from.
- Support clients with exchanges and replacements.
- Ensure to track client packages.
- Willing to travel mainly to other Emirates to conduct private viewing for clients and exhibitions. Also to travel to other GCC countries for any special events and exhibitions.
