Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fashion Expert with expertise in women’s fashion and visual merchandising to join our team at Armada in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our latest fashion collections, keeping up-to-date with fashion trends and color schemes, and ensuring the overall visual merchandising strategy is implemented effectively.
Requirements:
- Work experience: Minimum of 3 years in fashion retail or visual merchandising
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and color schemes
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight our latest fashion collections
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and color schemes, and incorporate them into visual merchandising displays
- Ensure that the overall visual merchandising strategy is effectively implemented in-store
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute visual merchandising plans
- Maintain visual standards, including cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide feedback and insights on product performance and customer preferences
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies
