Hiring Factory Manager is needed for a Food Factory in Riyadh.

Job Description

• Optimize day-to-day operations i.e. continuous improvement in daily operations for achieving maximum efficiency and growth.
• Execution of work with perfect finishing and minimum wastage or rework at site
• Must Read and able to execute working shop drawings with client and consultant
• Problem solving and critical thinking so that issues can be identified and resolved ahead of time.
• Manage the operations and factory team and build strong reporting relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
• Must be able to produce Reports to Management as Financial, Site progress etc
• Segregate and take quick decisions on Idle, revenue generating and non-revenue generating employees and workers
• Monitor employee performance and ensure that they are meeting their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare Weekly and monthly reports of performance analysis for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant authorities so as and when issues arise they can be resolved as soon as possible. (for example: attendance discrepancies, OT issues)
• Analyze financial data pertaining to business operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor key financial metrics and make recommendations to create operational excellence.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that the company is meeting its financial targets as per budgeted guidelines.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure the company meets its business objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering relevant,
• At least 5 years of experience in management of Factory preferably in a similar production factory.
• Ms-Excel proficiency is a Must.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage operations.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor laws and regulations.
