Job Opportunity: Factory Floor Supervisor – Kitchen Equipment Stainless Steel Fabrication
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for precision engineering and stainless steel fabrication? ELKE Kitchen Equipment is seeking a skilled Factory Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Leadership: Manage and lead a team of fabrication technicians to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, including cutting, welding, and finishing, to maintain high-quality standards.
- Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules, prioritize tasks, and optimize workflow to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of fabrication machinery and tools to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all team members.
- Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in stainless steel fabrication.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order materials as needed, and maintain accurate records of stock to support production activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate reports on production metrics, quality control measures, and performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of quality control standards, safety regulations, and production planning principles.
- Proficiency in using fabrication machinery and tools, including CNC machines and welding equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Salary will be based on Qualifications and Experience in the field of kitchen equipment and custom Stainless Steel fabrication/sheet metal related industry.
Location is based in our Al Qouz facility in Dubai, UAE.
