Hiring Facility Coordinator

• Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of fitout operation.
• Familiarity with office equipment
• Hands on experience working with fit out / facilities management companies
• Well-organized
• Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
• Knowledge of scheduling, coordinate with technical team & clients for smooth operation.
• Excellent communication with computer knowledge.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
• Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems.
• Around: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
