About the job
- Establish a Trusted Advisor relationship with Client counterparts as a Facility Manager.
- Coordinate work and/or approvals between other internal and/or external groups.
- Maintenance/Technical knowledge related to work requirements (time allocation per job type) in order to provide cost control related to labor costs is strongly preferred.
- Support and Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.
- Proactively identify potential risks and escalate throughout the organization appropriately.
- Single point of responsibility for management and administration of assigned services at specified client locations.
- Continues/maintains knowledge and best practices with regards to HVAC standards.
- Understanding and managing of pest control, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal and general repair and maintenance.
- Vendor Management and Cost Management related to all services is of key importance.
- Ongoing review of vendor proposals and driving best cost options.
- Works collaboratively with all participants including client, contractors/vendors/consultants, landlord representatives and all JLL resources.
- Coordinate and support the strategic approach for each project/repair initiative.
- Communicate, monitor and strive to secure JLL’s goals for each client location.
- Understand the financial authorization process (task orders, change orders, etc.) for all projects and repairs.
- Ensure that any repairs or actionable items are identified through immediate notification from supplier and review of service tickets, actions to resolve should be expedited.
- Maintain clear understanding of status of all work orders at all times.
- Be proactively assertive to ensure that client’s goals and confidential information are protected.
- Confirm completion of all tasks for each project initiative.
- Develop relationships within JLL peer group to advance understanding of various approaches.
- Assist in key performance measurement scorecard reporting process
- Monitor and meet SLA and KPI goals of account
- Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by team leader and/or manager

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Corrigo
- Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly accruals and aging reports
- Excellent analytical skills
- Customer and Vendor Management:
- Customer service-oriented with experience in handling difficult clients
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
- Experience in remote work environments is preferred
