We’re Hiring: External Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced External Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting independent audits to assess the financial health and compliance of our clients’ organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, regulatory requirements, audit engagements and risk assessment in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute external audit engagements across diverse industries in compliance with international auditing standards.
• Evaluate financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assess internal controls and risk management processes to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to verify financial data.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Communicate audit results and provide insights to clients’ management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while maintaining objectivity and independence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of audit reports.
• Assist clients in improving their financial and operational performance through professional guidance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• UAE Experience at least 3 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in external auditing or a related role.
• Experience in big 10 audit firms highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Proficiency in auditing tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with UAE-specific regulatory frameworks such as VAT, Corporate Tax, transfer pricing
• Experience auditing within a regulated industry (e.g., insurance, finance, real estate).
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse client teams.
