Hiring Executive Secretary

Our company is looking for a skilled Executive Secretary to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Support in the administration of documentation and accounting of office resources.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodations as required
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Providing comfortable conditions for office employees and guests.
  • Working with office programs and systems to improve work efficiency.
  • Project support in the Middle East, participation in the development of concepts and strategies, full administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
