Hiring Executive Secretary

Duties:

  • Create a long term schedule for the CEO.
  • Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings.
  • Manage the the CEO’s phone calls.
  • Conduct any research the CEO needs.
  • Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO.
  • Problem solve any issues that the CEO requests.
  • Schedule meetings for the CEO.
  • Communicate between the CEO and employees when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Top of the line organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain an accurate calendar.
  • Great planning abilities.
  • Amazing interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines.
  • Incredible communication skills.
  • Great skills using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

  • Arabic Speakers Only.
  • Minimum 1 year experience is required.
  • Reporting structure: The Executive Secretary will be reporting to the CEO.
