Role: Executive Secretary

Location: Ajman (will require to travel with UAE)

Responsibilities:

  • Create a long term schedule for the CEO
  • Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings
  • Manage the the CEO’s phone calls
  • Conduct any research the CEO needs
  • Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO
  • Problem solve any issues that the CEO requests
  • Schedule meetings for the CEO
  • Communicate between the CEO and employees when required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Top of the line organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
  • Great planning abilities
  • Amazing interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
  • Incredible communication skills
  • Great skills using the Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

  • Any Arabic speaking nationality
  • 1 year experience

Reporting structure: The Executive Secretary will be reporting to the CEO
