Urgently Looking For Executive Secretary

Project Location: Abu Dhabi-UAE

 Duties, Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities

  • Performs clerical and administrative duties on the basis of the knowledge of the group’s activities, and organization relationships.
  • Responds to requests for information, either by handling directly or routing to the appropriate person for processing.
  • Takes and transcribes dictation
  • Composes correspondence, somewhat complex replies, for appropriate signature
  • Prepares and types various reports, sometimes assembling and researching data elements.
  • Maintains Senior Manager’s calendar and sets up meetings and conferences
  • Receives mail. Identifies priorities, routes mail as appropriate, and maintains log for control purposes, Handles items on own initiative or anticipates needs of supervisor for adequate response.
  • Coordinates work with other secretaries to ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Prepares travel arrangements sometimes approving routine revisions, maintains calendar and prepares expense reports

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
