Description:

IFFCO S&D – UAE is hiring an Executive Fleet Officer having 3 to 5 years of experience in an FMCG – Fleet department.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Liaison with Car leasing agency & Business marketing team for ensuring artwork design/approved for branding.
• New Vehicle Request & arrangements
• Replacement of Contract expired Vehicles
• Fuel Card management and arrangements
• 95% car availability for operational activity at given time.
• Servicing & Maintenance of cars in cases of owned
• TAT of leasing agency car taken for Service, Repairs, Accident or Branding.
• Branding approval from categories, allocation, process, implementation and payments
• Fleet Master Data management – Car change records, expiry records, map under users and channels against branding.
• Arranging category wise quota for upcoming allocation – against plans and existing deadlines /Availability of category artworks with Branding Agency to be used for vehicle branding
