We are currently seeking a passionate Executive Chef for a standalone restaurant who will be responsible for the kitchen brigade and delivering exceptional service.
The Executive Head Chef will be directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness. This is a hands-on position.
We are seeking an Executive Chef with the below requirements:
- Available within the UAE
- Minimum 3 years of experience as head chef or executive chef with UAE & European experience
- Standalone restaurant experience
- Computer skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Mediterranean Cuisine Experience
- Strong background in HACCP procedures
- Pre-opening experience
