We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in managing software licenses and product orders, coordinating meetings, maintaining senior executive calendars, handling documents, and managing tasks and reminders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ordering process for software licenses and products, including tracking expiry and renewals
  • Coordinate office meetings and maintain executive calendars
  • Handle work-related documents and follow up on tasks and reminders
  • Perform order management, calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative support

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and other digital productivity tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
