We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Executive Assistant to be based from our Head Office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive’s office and supporting their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and logistics for business trips.
  • Conduct research and gather information to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including handling correspondence, expense reports, and office supplies management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the executive’s productivity.

Requirements:

  • As an Executive Assistant the following skills are highly beneficial:
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails.
  • Calendar Management: Familiarity with tools like Outlook or Google Calendar for efficiently scheduling appointments and meetings.
