We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Executive Assistant to be based from our Head Office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive’s office and supporting their daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and logistics for business trips.
- Conduct research and gather information to aid in decision-making processes.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including handling correspondence, expense reports, and office supplies management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the executive’s productivity.
Requirements:
