Examination Officer (Admin Role)

Applicants must have some previous experience working in a secondary school within the examination administration department.

Ensure that students are entered into the correct examinations and scripts are dispatched to the appropriate examination board.

Organize rooms and invigilation for internal and external examinations.

Oversee all coursework and deadlines.

Ensure Curriculum Leaders and subject teachers are supplied with all relevant, updated examination information.

Support the Leadership Team in all matters relating to examinations procedures and results.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in schools.

Knowledge of the British and/or IB examination system essential.

Track-record of appropriate professional development.

Excellent ICT skills, including confidence and competence with Excel.

Highly organized and systematic.
