Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Events Sales Manager role with Theatre of Digital Art located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Events Sales Manager will be responsible for performing day-to-day sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. The Events Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, attending events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of Events Sales experience in Dubai preferably in the art, entertainment, related industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Established connections with a personal database within the events industry.
- Ability to negotiate deals and persuade clients.
- Experience with lead generation and up-selling techniques.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Arabic or Russian language is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Passionate about the customer service and entertainment services.
- Maintaining positive interactions with guests and clients.
- Updating the team with upcoming events.
- Handling client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, report complaints to supervisor, follow up with clients.
- UAE Driving license with own car is a must.
