Hiring Events & Marketing Executive
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week
- Salary: 8,000 AED + 30% Commission on Net Profit from Closed Events
Reports to: Event Director
About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a proactive, creative, and highly organized Events & Marketing Executive to join our growing team! This full-time role combines hands-on event coordination with creative marketing, giving you the opportunity to work across exciting corporate, wedding, and lifestyle events in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion.
- Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, and entertainers to coordinate event logistics.
- Ensure all event details are delivered to a high standard and on time.
- Support with event set-up, on-site coordination, and breakdown when required.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Assist with social media strategy, reels, stories, and engagement tracking.
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Update the company website with fresh content, event photos, and blog posts.
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools (no advanced design skills required).
Business Development Support:
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential clients.
- Track event sales performance and report on KPIs.
- Maintain and organize CRM entries for clients and suppliers.
- Assist with proposals, quotes, and marketing presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Confident in social media management and light design tools (Canva, etc.).
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends during event delivery (when needed).
- A UAE driving license is a plus.
