Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and organized Freelance Events Manager to join us on a project basis. The scope will primarily focus on mall events – from large-scale family activations and seasonal campaigns to community engagement programs and retailer-driven experiences.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end ideation, planning, and execution – making sure every event delivers impact and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative ideation and concept development for mall events
- Plan and execute event logistics: permits, venues, vendors, staffing
- Liaise with mall management and client stakeholders
- Manage budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
- Be present on-site to ensure smooth event flow and coordination
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to align brand objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience with mall events and activations in the UAE
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple timelines
- Willingness to travel across UAE as needed
- Arabic language is a plus, but not essential
- Must be UAE-based and legally eligible to work as a freelancer
- Must have a valid UAE driving license & his/her own car
