Event Monitoring Consultant Manager
Monitoring of configuration items to timely detect events that can impact
Active monitoring of business rules & processes to eliminate or limit a negative incident
Automation of event handling to support incident management process
Shorter incident resolution time
Reduced effort of incident solving
Team member of L1 Event management and monitoring.
Periodical review of existing sensors
Periodical analysis of alarms and recommendation of improvements for eliminating recurring incidents.
Verification of monitoring sensor configuration
Hardware status monitoring
Capacity oriented monitoring services aimed towards platform capacity in terms of storage, computing power and memory
Performance monitoring of application, network, response times
Intrusion detection and prevention, security monitoring and auditing
Monitor and control server and storage performance according to technical specifications and policies
Provide proactive and scheduled console monitoring of infrastructure and systems, take corrective action as required
