Event Manager – Dubai Based | Salary 15K+ per month DOE

A leading tech company, is actively recruiting an Events Manager to manage both their internal events and participation in 3rd party events.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws – obtaining required permits
• Prepare and manage event budgets
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers from venue to branding and décor, catering, security, photography/videography, entertainment and more
• Lead all marketing activities for the events, such as social media promotion, press releases, invitations etc.
• Create sponsorship opportunities for the team as per the event strategy
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare post-event reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager in the UAE – B2B & B2C
• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques for event management
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Must be based in Dubai and available for interviews
