Responsibilities

• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• To discuss with their team leader their sales lead as well as clarify & confirm with the marketing dept. that the sales lead does not belong to any another Sales staff before proceeding further.
• To call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and maintain good working relationship and to ensure all enquiries from all clients are met.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems.
