Event Coordinator required
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Exp: 5 years
Assist in Accounts:
- Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting, and emailing.
- Create and sends invoices or LPOs for services or products rendered by or required from company, clients, individuals that have been approved by management.
- Updating accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist the sales team in collecting payments (only if required).
- Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports, manage client’s records. Maintains bookkeeping and office accounting needs.
- Handles petty cash (If required)
- To perform task which may be assigned from time to time.
Assist in Operations and Purchasing:
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers/contractors on deliverables if properly received and make sure in return that all financial related matters are handled in an organized manner.
- Assist continuously on the search for new suppliers for the events and provide price comparisons.
- Assist in handling Exhibitor Services
- Ensure that all clients are properly invoiced on operational aspect and that all payments are received
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Assist in Conference
- Assists in processing all necessary documentation required by delegates (If required) and/ or Speakers – valid documents, permits, visa & immigration and venue entry requirements, hotel booking & +travel assistance, airport pick up assistance, Includes certificate creation and issuance, etc.
- Maintains proper filing of speakers list, documents, and bios/ portfolios.
- Records and sends invoices or LPOs to concern companies or individuals
- Recording, maintaining bookkeeping and processing all financial and accounting practices related to Delegates Sales & Payments.
- Implemented Tools – Odoo CRM and Project Management:
- Ensuring the tools are properly used , implemented and updated (Efficiency is a must)
