Looking for Estimator/Q.S for Joinery & Fit out Company

Salary: AED8, 000.00 – AED15, 000.00 per month (Depends upon Experience)

Must have a minimum of 4 years UAE experience in Estimation and Quantity Surveying within a Joinery, Interior Decoration and Fit out company

• Must have a bachelor degree in quantity surveying
• Minimum 4 years’ experience required
• Sound knowledge of Joinery/Fit out/Interior Decoration works.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bill of quantities and cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
• Proficiency in Written and Spoken English. Ability to communicate well
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and excellent understanding of AutoCAD
• Proven experience in Estimation of high-end medium to large prestigious joinery and interior fit-out projects
• UAE Driving License (Required)
