We Are Hiring – Estimator (Construction Field)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in tendering and pricing for construction projects in the UAE, especially in villas, and buildings

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct site visits when necessary for proper cost assessment.
• Work closely with project managers and the management team to finalize project budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Ability to handle complete tendering process independently.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Bachelor’s Degree in quantity Surveying or related field.
