Estimator Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate estimations for projects
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for approvals from Dubai municipality and various authorities in UAE.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with project teams for successful execution

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site construction activities
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Implement safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in estimation software and engineering principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in fitout projects preferred (for Site Engineer position)
• Minimum 2 years of fitout experience in Dubai.
