Exciting opportunity at ARADA – Entertainment Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver Arada’s entertainment/activations strategy with the Head of Department
  • Manage relationships for Arada’s most strategic brand partners with regards to delivering best in class activations and entertainment
  • Work with experiential and talent agencies to activate partnerships, events, and influencer campaigns
  • Prospect, conduct market research, and participate in networking to foster new and long-term partnership opportunities that embody our brand, provide value to core audiences, and align with our larger goals.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class programs that deliver on company goals
  • Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions – especially in new innovations.
  • Coordinate lookbacks and post-mortems to discuss and distill takeaways
  • Identify and monitor the key market and competitive trends
  • Help define successful KPIs, monitor and evolve KPIs based on the evolving landscape and company goals.
  • Continuously ideate and innovate within the agency, influencer, partnership, digital and social space to deliver entertainment or activations which make the front page every time
  • What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)
  • 6+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility at a global consumer brand – either at an agency or internally. Own agency experience with recognized clients is acceptable.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful brand partnership activations and an aptitude for bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
  • Strong project management and agency management skills
  • Extensive experience with influencer and social supporting a global company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to bring to life the mission and brand messages with a strong consumer engagement approach
  • Collaborative individual who enjoys partnering closely across teams and departments to ideate and create the most impactful activations possible.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, continuously evolving environment.
  • Strong data and analytical skills and the ability to manage the portfolio and make strategic budgetary trade-offs to accomplish goals
  • A strong interest in entertainment and activations and a passion to deliver
  • Willingness to travel, and ability to work independently and autonomously, including on weekends and public holidays when required
  • Commitment to adding value to the team through mentorship
  • A strong understanding of business in the UAE / GCC and what would help us move the needle in terms of interest and revenue
