Experience:

2 to 3 years of entertainment coordination experience is required, must have good link and connection in market.

Job Description:

• Coordinating with artist and entertainment staff for their admin work.
• Assist entertainment manager to plan and execute excellent entertainment plans.
• Candidate has to oversee all organized event and activities, ensuring everything is running safely and smoothly.
• Candidate must have knowledge of planning and managing the entertainment budget for all company events.
• Must have be aware of evaluate entertainment performance and reporting process.
• Candidate must able solve problems quickly and efficiently, identifying potential problem areas to ensure they don’t arise.
• Candidate must be used to create and maintain perfect schedules.
• Assist manager during talent hiring for shows and events.
