1. Electro-mechanical Engineer
2. Mechanical Engineer
3. Mechanical Supervisor
Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)
Good knowledge in general product equipment, familiar with mechanical theory and maintenance knowledge
Multi skilled with formal engineering qualification in mechanical subject (hydraulic and pneumatic included)
Confident use of AUTOCAD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carries out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Makes technical procedures, manuals, SOP’s and OPL’s
- Electro Mechanic Engineer should be responsible person for the part of technological equipment in order to improve OEE on a trusted area implementing preventive & predictive maintenance activities.
- Keep track on mechanical BD’s statistics. Check breakdown analysis quality to verify and plan counter measures implementation.
