Engineering Coordinator Job Responsibilities.

• Supervise maintenance and repair activities for all hotel facilities, including restaurants and kitchens.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely, conducting regular checks.
• Schedule and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with hotel management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve engineering-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair histories.
• Assist in budgeting and planning for engineering projects, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of the English language.

 Kitchen Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new kitchen equipment as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies for kitchen maintenance.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.

 Requirements

• Proven experience as a kitchen technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and repair techniques.
