Description:

Urgent Requirement for Engineering Coordinator: Abu Dhabi 

• Review the ITT, project SOW, Pre-bid and Post-bit TC
• Coordinate and attend Kick of Meeting of the project
• Liaising with client on regular basis
• Coordinate and attend Progress review meetings and issue the MOM.
• Input to Project progress reports
• Coordinate with Proposal, Planning, Subcontracting
• Engineering Subcontractor, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning team, Vendors/Subcontractors, Finance, etc.
• Providing technical support to the Project team.
• Site visits and verify the engineering scope & MTOs.
• Preparation, submission and take approval of TQ for any deviation for any equipment / material.
• Preparation and submission of Variation order for any addition engineering scope.
• Expedite the engineering with client as per project requirement.
• Arrange all HSE/ third party studies, preparation and review of close-out reports.
• Close coordination with consultant and construction team for any day-to-day site queries with respect to engineering drawings and materials.
• To arrange the need list documents from Client.
• Preparation of letter for client, sub-vendor as project requirement for smooth operation
