We are looking for Energy Engineer OR Project Development Engineer-Energy), of the following requirements:

• Performing Energy Audit as per ASHRAE levels (1, 2, & 3) (preliminary and detailed energy audit) and ability to identify the Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) especially for the commercial buildings.
• Participating and supervising data collection for the pre-audit phase, by reviewing electrical bills, fuel consumption (if used), revising drawings, and benchmarking.
• Conducting site surveys for the customer to discover the practical ECM’s and hidden opportunities for energy saving.
• Developing energy calculations for the existing systems (baseline) and after implementing the ECM’s.
• Good knowledge of the energy measuring tools: power quality analyzers, ultrasonic flowmeter….
• Has good knowledge of the HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU’s, PU’s…), electro-mechanical systems (pumps, fans…), Lighting systems…
• Preparing proposals for the potential customers, and preparing reports after conducting the energy audits.
• Has at least one of the following AEE certificates: CEA, CEM, CMVP, and having more than one is a plus.
• Has Bachelor of Science in engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics……
• Has 4 to 5 years of experience, and three of them in the energy efficiency or ESCO industry.
• Company’s Location is in Dubai and the projects are located overall GCC
